Which carriers do you use?

We ship via Swiss Post and major carriers depending on weight and destination. A tracking number will be sent to you by email upon shipment.

What are the shipping times?

Swiss Stock: ships within 24 business hours.
Pre-orders: lead time indicated on the product page (depending on the publisher).
On order: 7 to 14 business days on average.

Do you deliver to Switzerland and abroad?

Yes – Switzerland and international depending on the zones configured at checkout. Fees and delivery times are calculated at the payment stage.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with the tracking link as soon as the package is handed over to the carrier. Please also check your spam folder.
